Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local shipping carrier before reaching out to us.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only accept returns purchased from youare101.com and cannot accept returns from any third-party resellers.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition. This means products must remain unopened with the seal intact. For non-perishable items, they should have the tags still attached and be unused or unworn. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
